Today in the library this wonderful elderly man asked me to help him, because whenever he logged onto his email his "letters aren't there. There's normally a lot of letters, but today there's only two!"
After almost twenty minutes of both trying to understand his questions and trying to fix the problem, I realized instead of hitting log on, he kept hitting create new account...
There now may be four or five new accounts associated with this guy.
